What private actually changes
Three things: the guest list, the route and the clock. On a scheduled dinner cruise you share the boat, follow a fixed line and finish when it finishes. On a charter you decide who is aboard, roughly where you go along the Bosphorus, and how the time is spent. There is no stage programme unless you want one.
